New Year's Images
Happy New Year! Welcome 2013! All of us, here at the DMCH hope that you and yours enjoyed wonderful holidays full of cheer and unexpected surprises! Like here at the DMCH! We discovered that vermin had eaten all the insulation around the heating ducts in the west wing of the artist studios and because most of the insulation was made of asbestos, we are now being sued by the rats. Needless to say, having no heat in the studios have really hindered the creative energy of the visiting artists. However, our ever resourceful head of the education department remembered that we had a few laptops that were old enough to be obsolete and were set up in the kitchen next to the stove. The artists huddled around the stove, dressed in their finest poor weather clothing, using a version of photoshop that was too old to be of use. We in the programing department were very pleased with the results. We hope you do too.

What I Did Last Summer
My experience in the Artist in Residence program at the Doof Museum of Culture and History over the last 7 years has bore a lot of work and I am grateful to the Administration for allowing me the space and materials to create all sorts of Doof mischief. In some previous blogs I have posted pictures of works in progress, but now I can show some pics of some finished work.

In the digital imaging studio at the Doof Museum of Culture and History, our trained monkeys are always busy creating images of the Doof for a variety of applications. Sometimes those darn simians are pretty clever! We would like to share with you some of this wonderful images before our computer crashes!
